By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Tydal LLC is a Louisiana limited liability company that operates a curated payment processing network connecting specialty commerce vendors with card, cryptocurrency, and ACH payment rails. Our registered office is in Louisiana, United States.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Vendor Application Information: Business legal name, EIN, website URL, business email, phone, state of registration, years in business, monthly revenue, product categories, current payment processor, and processing history.
  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed), and account preferences.
  • Identity Verification (KYB/KYC): Government-issued identification, beneficial ownership information, formation documents, operating agreements, and proof of address. This is required for compliance with anti-money-laundering laws.
  • Financial Information: Bank account details, processor settlement information, transaction history, and fee split configurations.
  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting support, replying to emails, or completing forms.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, clicks, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and error logs.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: See Section 7 below.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Payment Processors and Banking Partners: Transaction data, settlement information, and compliance flags from partners such as BVNK, Bridge, Mercury, NOWPayments, and similar providers.
  • Identity Verification Services: Background and identity checks performed by third-party KYC/KYB providers.
  • Analytics Providers: Aggregated usage data from services like Google Analytics.

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
  • Evaluate vendor applications and onboard approved merchants;
  • Process payments and route transactions through our partner network;
  • Verify identity and comply with anti-money-laundering, know-your-business, and sanctions screening obligations;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and prohibited activity;
  • Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates;
  • Send marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time);
  • Improve and develop new features; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers and Partners

We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Services, including payment processors, banking partners, hosting providers, identity verification services, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually required to protect your information.
